Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

Digital Products

The Continuum provides immediate access to digital educational content, including videos, tutorials, community features, and other online resources.

Due to the digital nature of our services, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cycle you selected (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring payments until cancellation.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

When you cancel:

Your subscription will not renew.
You will continue to have access until the end of your current paid billing period.
No partial refunds or credits are provided for unused time.

If you believe you have been charged in error or experienced a technical issue during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible.

We review these situations individually and, where appropriate, may issue a refund at our sole discretion or where required by applicable law.

If a payment cannot be processed, access to your subscription may be suspended until payment has been successfully completed.
