Meet Daria Che

Daria Che is an internationally recognised movement educator, choreographer, entrepreneur, and one of the pioneers of the modern Pole Flow movement.

For over 14 years, Daria has dedicated her career to exploring movement as both an art form and a language of self-expression. She has taught in more than 50 countries, working with over 5,000 students through international workshops, retreats, intensives, online education, and long-term training programs.

Originally a Master of Sports in Rhythmic Gymnastics, Daria discovered pole dance in 2012 and soon became known for her distinctive artistic style and educational approach. Her work combines anatomy, biomechanics, body awareness, creativity, musicality, and emotional expression, helping dancers develop not only stronger technique but a deeper understanding of how movement is created.

Today, Daria’s work extends far beyond teaching classes. She has built an ecosystem of educational and creative projects that support dancers at every stage of their journey.

Signature Flow Method

Daria is the creator of the Signature Flow Method — an educational approach that helps dancers develop body intelligence, movement quality, freedom, and authentic artistic expression.

Rather than teaching choreography to be copied, the method gives dancers the principles behind movement, allowing them to create, adapt, and evolve their own unique movement language.

Her work has influenced dancers and educators around the world and contributed to the evolution of modern Pole Flow as an artistic direction within pole dance.

Educational Programs

Over the years, Daria has created a comprehensive collection of educational programs designed to build movement from the inside out.

These include:

Gentle Method — the foundation of the Signature Flow Method, exploring anatomy, movement principles, waves, spirals, floorwork, legwork, and body awareness.

Amplitude Mastery — an advanced program focused on movement capacity, dynamics, range, control, and choreography creation.

The Continuum — an ongoing educational membership offering new monthly movement explorations, creative practices, and artistic development.

Alongside these programs, Daria has created an extensive choreography library featuring signature choreographies, movement studies, technique classes, and creative resources used by dancers worldwide.

Flow Trip

Daria is the founder and creative director of Flow Trip — an international immersive experience that combines movement education, choreography, artistic collaboration, travel, and professional filmmaking.

Hosted in destinations including Bali and China, Flow Trip brings dancers together for an intensive creative journey, culminating in cinematic performances that capture not only choreography, but personal transformation through movement.

CheBoots

Driven by years of professional experience, Daria founded CheBoots — a premium footwear brand created specifically for Pole Flow dancers.

Designed with movement, comfort, and aesthetics in mind, CheBoots reflects the same philosophy found throughout all of Daria’s work: every detail should support freedom of movement rather than limit it.

CHE Studio

Based in Melbourne, Australia, Daria is also the founder of CHE Studio — a private creative space dedicated to movement, photography, videography, rehearsals, and artistic production.

The studio was created as a place where dancers and artists can bring creative ideas to life in a professional environment designed specifically for movement.

A Philosophy Beyond Movement

Everything Daria creates is guided by one belief:

Movement is not about copying someone else’s style.

It is about understanding your body, developing awareness, expanding your creative possibilities, and discovering a way of moving that feels deeply your own.

Whether through international workshops, educational programs, Flow Trip experiences, CheBoots, CHE Studio, or The Continuum, Daria continues to build spaces where dancers can learn, create, and evolve — both as artists and as individuals.
